Returns Policy

Alcoholic Beverages:

We accept returns in our tasting room if the wine is unopened and the bottle is in undamaged, re-salable condition.

If you have a faulty/spoiled product or your items were damaged in shipping, please contact us.  Wine cannot be shipped back to our warehouse.

Non Alcoholic Items:

Location

Shipment of Alcoholic beverages are limited to the states in which we have permits to do so.   We can ship to the following States

  • Colorado
  • California
  • Washington
  • Florida
  • Minnesota
  • Wyoming
  • District of Columbia 
Legal Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to order and/or receive wine from Drekar Meadery. Receipt of shipments containing wine requires the signature of a person 21 years of age or older.

Destination Address

We strongly recommend delivery of wine shipments to a business, rather than a residence. All shipments require a signature to verify proof of age (over 21 years old). Should a shipment be returned because a signature cannot be obtained, we will not refund the shipping charges. We regret we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Shipment processing time

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates

Drekar Meadery maintains every effort to publish accurate shipping rates for purchases made at the winery and through its online shop. However, rate changes may occur at any time and without notification. Therefore, additional charges above the quoted or charged rate from the winery will be the responsibility of the Purchaser and their shipment charge will be adjusted accordingly.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
